Mumbai 3.0, also known as Third Mumbai, is the next phase of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region’s expansion. Planned around the Navi Mumbai International Airport and the Karnala-Sai-Chirner (KSC) New Town region, Mumbai 3.0 is envisioned as a smart, sustainable and infrastructure-driven urban ecosystem. It is being developed to reduce pressure on Mumbai while creating new economic growth centres across Raigad district.
